STATE OF DESIGN, BERLIN 2017

Berlin Design Week

The second edition of this new and yearly design festival will also this time debate future design by triggering crossovers between the rapidly growing categories in the field, such as product-, industrial-, experimental-, critical- and social design and will be much more than a meet and greet and showcase.

Central to the whole will stand a lab —ENTSCHEIDUNGSLABOR— built by Jan Körbes from REFUNC (The Hague /Berlin) and INSIDE (Master Interior Architecture Royal Academy of Art, The Hague ) that will serve as a think tank to the festival, accompanied by exhibitions, talks, workshops, films and a Berlin Design Night.

Discover on more than 1200 sqm the latest work of national and international big players and newcomers of the designscene: Olafur Eliassons Little Sun, Mischer’Traxler, Studio Swine, Frederik Kurzweg, Joa Herrenknecht, Thomas Schnur, 200 grs and many more (over 80) exhibitors pay their respect to Berlin.
